一、“六類場所”

( 1 ) Small gear mouth .（一）小檔口。

(2) "three in one" place.（二）“三合一”場所。

( 3 ) Group rental housing .（三）群租房。

( 4 ) The construction site of the construction project .（四）建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場。

(5) old-age service institutions. （五）養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。

( 6 ) boarding schools . （六）寄宿制學(xué)校。   

Second, the specific contents of the "Ten items must be checked"

二、“十項(xiàng)必查”具體內(nèi)容

(1) installation of leakage protection switch. All kinds of buildings (places) supply, electric lines should be installed leakage protection switch. Switch should select qualified electrical products.

（一）安裝漏電保護(hù)開關(guān)。各類建筑（場所）供、用電線路均應(yīng)安裝漏電保護(hù)開關(guān)。開關(guān)應(yīng)選用合格電氣產(chǎn)品。

(2) Wire bushing. Protective measures shall be taken for all kinds of buildings (places) and power lines to wear metal pipes, close metal wire grooves or insulated and flame retardant PVC electrical sleeving in accordance with the national electrical technical standards.

（二）電線套管。各類建筑（場所）供、用電線路均應(yīng)根據(jù)國家電氣技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，采取穿金屬管、封閉式金屬線槽或者絕緣阻燃PVC電工套管保護(hù)措施。

  (3) emergency escape channel. All kinds of buildings (places) should maintain the staircase, evacuation routes, safety exit and emergency escape channel. The establishment of security fence walls are removed, residential places required to be installed, should set the length and width of the net size of not less than 1 meters, 0.8 meters and emergency escape door in the mouth, and set the ladder descent control device, and other auxiliary escape evacuation facilities.  

   （三）緊急逃生通道暢通。各類建筑（場所）均應(yīng)保持樓梯間、疏散通道、安全出口等緊急逃生通道暢通。外墻設(shè)置防盜鐵柵欄一律拆除，居住類場所確需安裝的，應(yīng)設(shè)置長寬凈尺寸不小于1米、0.8米且向外開啟的緊急逃生口，并設(shè)置緩降器、逃生軟梯等輔助疏散設(shè)施。

  (4) physical fire separation of the joint place. Where accommodation and other productive and operational places are set up, the physical wall of the physical wall must be separated.

（四）合用場所物理防火分隔。住宿場所與其他生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營性場所合一設(shè)置的，必須實(shí)施實(shí)體墻物理防火分隔。

（五）違規(guī)住人徹底搬離。各類建筑（場所）均不得違規(guī)住人，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)必須徹底搬離。

  ( 6 ) Clean the electric bicycle . It is prohibited to park or charge the electric bicycle in the interior of all kinds of buildings ( places ) . Once it has been found , it must be cleaned immediately .

（六）清理電動自行車。各類建筑（場所）內(nèi)部均嚴(yán)禁電動自行車違規(guī)停放或充電，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)必須立即清理。

  ( 7 ) Remove the wooden attic . All buildings ( places ) are strictly prohibited to use wooden materials to build the attic . Once they have been found , they must be forcibly removed .

（七）拆除木質(zhì)閣樓。各類建筑（場所）內(nèi)部均嚴(yán)禁采用木質(zhì)材料搭建閣樓，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)必須強(qiáng)制拆除。

  (8) dismantling flammable materials. All kinds of buildings (places) are strictly forbidden to use coloured steel plates, polyurethane foam and other flammable materials, which must be dismantled as soon as they are found.

（八）拆除易燃材料。各類建筑（場所）內(nèi)部均嚴(yán)禁使用彩鋼板、聚氨酯泡沫等易燃材料，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)必須強(qiáng)制拆除。

  (9) Group rent house has clear responsibility for fire control. Strictly according to the "Ten measures to reduce Fire risk of Group Rent House", the building should be equipped with fire safety building leader, and the building length should be occupied by property service enterprise personnel or lessor. Organize and improve fire safety management system, perform daily fire safety management duties, and implement night inspection measures for full-time administrators. Accommodation of more than 3 places. Installation of independent fire alarm detector. Accommodation of more than 30 people in place, all in accordance with the standard installation of automatic fire, fire alarm and other fire fighting facilities, specifically designated to carry out 24-hour watch.

（九）群租房明確消防管理責(zé)任。嚴(yán)格按照《降低群租房火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)十項(xiàng)措施》要求，所在建筑應(yīng)配備消防安全樓長，樓長應(yīng)由物業(yè)服務(wù)企業(yè)人員或出租人擔(dān)任，組織建立健全消防安全管理制度，履行日常消防安全管理職責(zé)，實(shí)施專職管理員夜間巡查措施。住宿3人以上的場所，一律加裝獨(dú)立式火災(zāi)報(bào)警探測器。住宿30人以上的場所，一律按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)安裝自動滅火、火災(zāi)報(bào)警等消防設(shè)施，明確專人實(shí)施24小時(shí)值守看護(hù)。

  (10) implement fire safety guarantee on construction site. Establish and improve fire safety management system in strict accordance with the requirements of "Technical Specification for Fire Control in Construction site" (GB50720-2011). In order to ensure the safety of electric power in construction, it is clear that special personnel should carry out on-site nursing, configure temporary fire fighting facilities and sufficient fire-fighting equipment, guarantee temporary fire protection water, carry out fire operations according to regulations and ensure the safety of construction electricity.

（十）施工現(xiàn)場落實(shí)消防安全保障。嚴(yán)格按照《建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場消防技術(shù)規(guī)范》（GB50720-2011）要求，建立健全消防安全管理制度，明確專人實(shí)施現(xiàn)場看護(hù)，配置臨時(shí)消防設(shè)施和足夠滅火器材，保障臨時(shí)消防用水，依法依規(guī)實(shí)施動火作業(yè)，確保施工用電安全。
